Poster sessions

The poster sessions of ISMRC 2025 will be held on Wednesday, 7 May from  05:15 - 06:45 pm and Thursday, 8 May from 05:20 - 06:50 pm. Each poster session will be moderated by a chairperson. 

A 5-minute presentation including discussion is scheduled for each poster. The presenting authors must be present during the respective poster session. Please be in the room at least 10 minutes prior to you poster session.

There will be no printed posters. It is sufficient that you provide the poster digitally. Congress participants can view the posters at any time at the terminals.

• Posters must be submitted in pdf format.
• Your poster is limited to four pages.
• Posters must be submitted in 16:9 (landscape format). You can use the poster template to design your poster.
• Embedded video files are not permitted.
• Font restrictions: Only Arial, Verdana, Tahoma and Times New Roman are accepted. Otherwise, there may be display problems when converting to an e-poster.
• Font size recommendations: headlines should be between 30-40 pt and content 12-18 pt.

• Posters can be uploaded from 8 April until 28 April 2025, 11:59 p.m.  
• You will receive an upload link from our IT supplier before the upload period begins.
